good evening all, Removed some skirting from a room in my new house and most of the plaster behind has fallen away to reveal the timber frame, I believe I need to bring this out so I can fix the replacement skirting in place when the time comes... Should I use bonding plaster for this...

Clearing out the loft today and I caught my foot on our TV aerial booster located in the loft, powered from the landing light, anyway seems one of the cables has come out (see pic) blue and brown seem to be coming from the TV booster, can anyone make out where the blue should be from the pic...
