    Pyronix euro46

Thanks just set up 1 through 9 for atleast the wired ones. Problem when doing walk test is the keypad just cycles through input 1,2,3 etc. When one activates on walk test it chimes but won't show which one activated on keypad. Annoying!

    Magnetic door contact EOL? Help

Thanks will try in the morning. Ah okay the two silver terminals are connected to each other in the contact already, how does the 4k resistor work if they're already connected without the resistor inplace?

    Magnetic door contact EOL? Help

Although the drawing you did has confused me. The contact has gold, silver, gold, then silver, gold. So not sure if I just follow the positions or the colours as the silvers seem to be connected together

Hi all, Need to change the pump head in my Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Is there a way for me to isolate and drain only my boiler to swap out the pump? - if so could anyone assist. Or do I need to drain down the whole system?.. Boiler is Worcester greenstar 35cdi Thanks...

Next issue with my Worcester Bosch and Hive

Established it might be the pump sticking. Freed but it stuck back up again. Is it a simple job of changing pump head or does the whole assembly need to come out. Question is really, does the pump head have the pump impeller on it or does that remain in the boiler and may still stick

Next issue with my Worcester Bosch and Hive

Ok a few of you will know my last few posts of swapping out a 3 port valve for 2 X 2 ports, and wiring in hive for CH and stats for UFH. All controls fine, valves open, boiler fires... and so becomes my next problem The boiler, set at 5 on the HW dial, gets a call for heat. Heats up, gets to...

Strange Worcester Bosch issue (built in timer)

Just coming back to my initial question. Not that it hugely matters. But still seems odd to me. The manual for the programmer simply shows a plug and play installation, which would mean to me it's an unplug and go un-installation, so.. still very strange to me that the Lr at 240v from the hive...

Strange Worcester Bosch issue (built in timer)

I have a combi boiler with a radiator zone and UFH zone correct! And thanks for the well wishes on getting it working. Glad I have! I ended up getting the 3 port zone valve out and getting 2 dual ports in. First one is my UFH, it's controlled by the UFH wiring centre, which is controlled by...

Strange Worcester Bosch issue (built in timer)

Hi guys, after a bit of help... Have just wired up my system with a hive and UFH setup with zone valves. All working great thanks to help from everyone here. The problem I have found is that the system will only fire (when for example hive calls for heat), if the built in timer is plugged into...

    UFH and CH S plan

Got this all working now and have a few final questions. Balancing out the CH this weekend. I have salus auto balancing valves for the UFH, so can't see a need to balance the UFH itself. But... Do I need to balance the UFH against the CH in some way to make sure their flows are "equal and...

    UFH and CH S plan

So in theory the wired hive could replace the salus', but would need batteries to be changed often as the only con. Agree wireless would be very busy!

    UFH and CH S plan

It seems the wired salus setup i have van connect to thw salus hub and an online app. So probably no need to replace that with wireless stats and centre. (Anyone know if I'm wrong about this?) If (in the future) I went hive for each UFH zone. It makes sense, if I went hive wired. I could just...

    UFH and CH S plan

Yeah that was my initial thought to get it all in the same brand, and getting the salus hub would mean UFH and CH become app/internet controllable. But above posts made me think a different route ..
