Galaxy Uno MX LX 8.5 Electric shower leaking

Thanks Karl, Am I correct that the solenoid unit is causing the leak, even though the leak is coming from the tap? Is the Solenoid unit the black assembly in the bottom right hand corner, which has loads of screws around its cover? as the leak is coming from the assembly above that...

Galaxy Uno MX LX 8.5 Electric shower leaking

It is leaking from Number 9 on the right hand picture. The leak seems to be coming from between the two parts of the assembly. I also thought it might have cracked, but, I cant see anything. The leak comes from the left hand side of that unit hitting the large "tank" Number 5 and then exitting...

UPVC Front Door Seems to have slipped - how to adjust?

Our UPVC front door seems to have slipped down by about 1/4 inch on the lock side. We can notice a small gap at the top and it looks a bit askew. The locking mechanism seems to have got very stiff too. The hinges are screwed to the edge of the door, with a plate on the inside of the door...

laminate worktop - water from sink is lifting the laminate

We had a new worktop and sink fitted about 18 months ago, we have just noticed that the laminate is starting to lift (like a a 1" square blister) at one end of the sink. Any ideas how to cure this, it looks like the seal wasn't fitted properly under the edge of the sink. I thought if I...
