Thanks I would be taking the radiator tails out of the old radiator putting in the new. And repiping the radiator. I need.to drain down to alter pipework slightly.

If swapping a couple of.radiators for slightly different sizes so draining down. Would it be possible to use to old rad valves take the tails off put in the new rad. Etc? Or unadvisable? I think I'd just need some new 15mm olives for the copper pipe size. If I do. Thanks

There is no gas would need to be stored hot water.

It's not a home, it's a commercial unit. With 2 basins and 2 kitchen sinks needing hot water.

How much stored hot water would be needed to feed two kitchen sinks and two wash hand basins?

I usually try and run the waste under the plyth. If this isn't possible is it ok to run higher up behind the unit. I think there is usually a 75mm void? Would then require the joiner to knotch the back of the units.
