8 or 10mm notched will do that size off tile.

Bit late for reply..but... Adhesive you will want IMO bal mosaic fix adhesive...white in colour fast setting for stone mosaic tiles...this stops any bleed through... Glass mosaic..do they have a backing on them or are they see through..if see through..you will comb the wall then using the...

Ready mixed grout is not the...best...off gear to use...it will eventually break down as its not as strong as powered grout...and doesn't have the barriers to stop break down... Also can be efflorescence...salt in it...just what happens in brick mortar..white patches in the cement work you...

IMO take tiles off... Don't ever work out areas without the tiles in the room... You have 2barriers of waterproof so shouldn't be to much damage... As for tile size....14.6mm is the working size...so you would be looking at using a 4mm spacer peg to get your size... The TA are...

See other post... Wee tip before drilling holes in tiles... Get a drywall screw and hammer and slightly tap the screw onto the tiles to get indentation in the tile...so your 6mm masonary drill bit doesn't slid everywhere...

Your drilling to far into the corner to fit screen for a start...and you won't be able to seal the outside off it with silicone... The tiles you have cracked take out and replace and before you fix new tile,drill the holes for hinge through it before fixing onto the wall then fix tile and...
