    Im sure on specs for my extension is was 300mm depth by 600mm wide. Building just dug diwn till he found some firm ground, then mass filled them so they ended deeper than the 300mm

    Hi, has anybody tiled directly onto the wunda eps foil overlay boards? Anything to watch out for? I know wunda only reccommend kerrabond t mixed with the additive and tilefix proflex s2. Thanks in Advance Norton

    Yes. Its a house im doing up and family moving into this summer hopefully.

    The bad timber is directly above the extractor thats why its soaking. And yes the ventilation is crap they bricked up right to the felt on the inner skin and put a few token vents through the soffit. Im converting loft so will have to sort this out.

    The timber feels strong, this was right above an extraction fan that was not ducted to outside.
