Thnx guys, Zdb was tested and gave .47 ohms, the pscc then is 5A, its just a high reading as compared before, this was from a NICEIC contractor, so made me stand up and think, also measurements were made with no bonding in place by me..

what labels would need to be in place?

Is it permissable to feed a lighting circuit from a ring mains via a fused spur? If so what must be put in place to allow this etc.

how good is a 17 year old Vaillant

Its a room sealed boiler, not open flue, The Vaillant model number is VCW GB then its either 221, 240, 280 H, it was installed approx 17 years ago. Thanks Guys
