Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

Be tter idea? I think I will not put any supports under it onto the radiator. Just wedge it down the back of radiator. If someone leans on it. The shelf will break not the radiator! I will tell her in think that's the safest solution. By the way, is there any chance of radiator...

    Drilling into plasterboard and plugs?

I got those two types - the metal screw type and the one which tightens onto back of plasterboard as u screw it in. When drilling and u aren't sure if it's plasterboard do u drill 7mm as u would for normal brown plug then see it's plasterboard so put in the plasterboard plugs? Drill...

Smashed ladder fastener into 2.1 metre height parking barrier

Nah. Should I? It was a concrete barrier so just my vehicle damaged. Don't think I damaged anything although didn't thoroughly check it to know for sure. Probably be on on TV clip 'idiots in vehicles'. I guess if it was a thin metal one u get in some car parks I could have damaged it...

Smashed ladder fastener into 2.1 metre height parking barrier

Just ripped a bit of top of van out only if u look close as it pulled top of front roof bar out as I was in a rush ( just started owning a van) and hit the 2.1 metre barrier in a car park with rhino roof clamps which stick up in air. Feel complete idiot. My mechanic will have to weld it back...

Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

Ok. I know what you're saying but the lady who wants this has another shelf just like this with a bit of wood jammed down back. I asked if she wanted brackets and she doesn't so if I carry on like this and put two pieces of wood underneath the shelf to rest on radiator will this be in any way...

Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

This radiator shelf was going to rest on top of radiator but would be bad as it blocks the holes in the top of radiator? My second suggestion was to put 2 pieces of wood either end which would rest onto of radiator and support it. Be tter idea?

How to get rid of dirt when pressure washing?

What's the best way to pressure wash and also keep it tidy? I was leaving piles of wet pressure washed dirt for the next day so it was dry and easy to sweep up. But person I was doing it for complained that said it looked messy. Can u sweep it up all wet?

Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

OK. I will just screw the two bits of wood together. Jam the back bit down the radiator and the radiator itself will support the weight. Bin the baton. Doesn't the radiator heat damage the paint on wood?

Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

Let me check I understand this. Does the shelf itself rest on the top of the radiator? If this was the case, guess this would take the weight and there would be no need for brackets or my baton (from picture).

Do I screw baton to shelf or shelf to baton?

Bigger (thicker) piece of baton to screw the back and shelf onto? It's going to be lodged down the back of a radiator. Radiator shelf.

Using a halogen lamp for painting

Got a small halogen light for painting walls. It's really bright and hot but think it's important to be able to see any mistakes . I used it even during the day pointing it at the wall I was painting. Is this a good idea?
