    Dishwasher keeps losing power

Got a brand new integrated Bosch 4 series that lost power, called Bosch out and this was due to wiring, I found this strange, rewired the flex plate and it worked. It's just happened again mid cycle, dead power gone. Anyone seen this before?

    Installed wood window sill wrong

It isn't the original windows from build. When I put this board in it came to just about where I've marked the image in blue. I've ordered a better board from skirting board direct so got a few days yet before new one arrives. I don't really want to take off the D&D on the sill, its quite a...

    Installed wood window sill wrong

The offending article.... I've got no PB adhesive, so would using this to attach new PB and then the window board be suited rather than expanding soul? https://www.screwfix.com/p/soudal-adhesive-foam-hand-held-750ml/9633h

    Installed wood window sill wrong

Easy to do for someone like me wanting to forget DIY and enjoy the BH. Put sill in with foam, but even though i thought I'd held it long enough clearly it hadn't set as it's not completely level and slants forward a bit. Do I cut this out ( if yes how) and start again or as its under a blind...

    Putting down lvt

I would recommend a multi tool rather than jigsaw myself. Amazing how quickly the PVC will burn underneath. I also wouldn't recommend Click LVT in wet rooms, mines slippery and it just won't take loads of water I'd say with the click mechanism. For radiators you drill a hole and cut out the...

    Putting down lvt

I've just done my kitchen, hallway and downstairs WC in camaro loc LVT. Never again, i'll get a pro in. Issues i've found (Being naive to think this was an easy job) Planning out sizing is important, i've probably suffered pain not planning run of tiles under doorways etc, this took a lot...

    Oak Veneer - Osmo

Hi, What would be the best Osmo oil for Oak Veneer doors? I've used Osmo in the past on the other doors i've got but chucked the tin and can't remember if it was Polyx i'd bought. I've got a matt finish from previous work done similar to the untreated door at the moment. Thanks

    Masking tape trauma!

Best thing to do here is not panic and get stressed about it, its decorating nothing more! I have done a couple of mist coasts on new plaster, then watered down the normal paints then go into full paint.

    Artex or not?

Skim job the most suited (had it done). Needs to be scrapped down a bit (didn't have it done and my arms said I should have :))

    Masking tape trauma!

Is that new plaster? Looks like you haven't mist coated enough as yellow frog tape (if that's what it is) shouldn't take paint off that much at worse. However you have to cut in to ceilings from the wall with a steady brush, you can't do this with masking tape as you'll be asking for trouble.

Beko Integrated FF - Too warm

Hi, Just installed one of these and it is not getting below 10 degrees so something must be wrong here. It's brand new, in a standard cabinet depth with 50mm behind the FF. Anybody had similar issues?

Dilux diamond Matt - blue blobs

Opened up about a two year old tin of Dulux diamond Matt I had mixed up and it had these weird clumps of blue stuff within it. I mixed it up out the tin and it was fine so just curious here what it might had been?

    Dulux EasyCare Range

I'd do yourself a favor and just get a mix of Trade Diamond Matt in chosen colour at Brewers or a Dulux Centre. Its more expensive but will water down better and need less coats.
