I've decided to take off the Lino (Eek). Bought a Big Mutt today and that gets through the stuff but I need to catch the corner of the mutt to get under tiles and all its doing is cracking them not lifting them. I'll be doing this over several days I think ;) Will I get any issues if I leave...

I meant new skirting board is going in. Hit a snag though, I want to do my hallway all the way through as well, however in kitchen I've got Lino tiles glued down and in hallway its bear concrete (Vinyl sheet at the moment in hallway that was a temporary measure). What should I do here?

Skirting board on edge so can do this without big gaps visible!

Hi, Got some doors that have attracted emulsion despite trying the hardest to get them away, never easy mist coating etc. Excuses over....they are looking a bit oily/dirty now, and originally I used Osmo on these but what's the best way to get these back to normal? Bit of 240 grit and reapply...

Hi, My holes I've punched in come right under the cable runs (Mains and lights) through my joists (deep sigh). Just didn't think to measure this on the plan. Do I hit any potential issues here being directly under the said cable runs with an LED?
