Leak on a small section of tiled roof

Personally I would take back enough to pull the only section out ( membrane is like 1 mtr wide strips pull that out and put a new one in. but to be clear you shouldn’t really be replying purely on the membrane to keep it water tight. That’s the tiles job. if it’s at the eaves I would put some...

Leak on a small section of tiled roof

Is there any chipped / lifted / broken tiles you can see? you might be able to find it as it will be wet esp with all the rain we’ve had today. You can just insert some membrane you need to lift the lath off and replace the whole section.

No I don’t think so, I would say more the fact the shear volume of water / speed. i have turn the main roof outlet to the side but still have an issue.. i need to restrict the follow I think. Maybe block the end of the Down pipe from the main roof and drill some holes to make the water come...

Does this eaves detail look right

What you mean by trough? If you mean the water go over the edge.. my issue is that our house and next doors have one down pipe and unlucky it falls onto my extension roof, so when it rains heavily my god the amount of water is horrendous. I could try and higher the gutter up again.

Does this eaves detail look right

Firstly the water from the main roof is over shooting in heavy rain. Also now got an issue that some water is dripping out the soffit. yes it’s a Marley melodies down to 12.5 degree just think as it’s a rolled tile the first tile doesn’t keep blown water out.

    Pitched roof

It’s a single storey rear extension. There isn’t suppose to be vents with breathable membrane and the pir insulation according to the internet. Although I have been about brought some soffit vents (70mm dia) to add a bit of cross flow. Although technically it should need it.
