Yes the ufh and top floor are on but the middle floor isnt, there is only x1 2way valve

This is the only cupboard in the house, I have a combi and no hot cylinder. The house is only 5 years old and every available space is a room such as the top and middle floors, there are no other voids or cupboards for another valve

Is tiling on top of the tray the preferred way?

I'm about to tile a shower enclosure, do I tile first then put the tray in so the tiles are behind the tray or should I fit the tray then tile so the tiles sit on top of the tray, thanks in advance
