no its the main earth for the board. the small cable is the earth for the conduit. the cutout is PME and they have connected as shown and not on the pme terminal.. i know the pic is crap

sorry the pics are poor.. this is a PME supply via the conduit in the floor. there is a new fuse board above with the earth connected to the small earth cable connected to the conduit... Why?? Oh and the tails are single insulated...

you can put an electrical outlet under the bath so long as you need a tool to acsess it.. ie a screwed up panel.. but as previous spur outside the door..

sorry for the delay when you open the hot tap it coughs air out, as it would if you have turned it on for the first time

way to expensive to run im afraid.. as previously stated probably cheaper to run panel heaters or similar
