sorry the pics are poor..
this is a PME supply via the conduit in the floor. there is a new fuse board above with the earth connected to the small earth cable connected to the conduit... Why??
Oh and the tails are single insulated...

To earth the metallic conduit at a guess
no its the main earth for the board. the small cable is the earth for the conduit.
the cutout is PME and they have connected as shown and not on the pme terminal.. i know the pic is crap
