red and black either end 2 reds 2 black in middle

got 3 switches in a hallway 1 either end 1 in middle i believe the intermiediate switch,cables at either end red n black and at middle switch 2 red 2 black can you tell me how the connections go please took all switches off to put new on and lights dont seem to be working, should have written...

houses were rewired around 6 months ago or upgraded there didnt seem to be any probs before we all have showers cookers electric that is ,house num 13/19/ then up to 31/43 so dont no if at end of a line, dont understand how its just flourescent lts in kitch were prob is all other electrics ok...

allong our row of houses at least four tennents have the same problem at around the same time everyday between 4 and 6, the flourescent lts in kitchens flicker on and of or even go off for a few mins come on and go off again, seems weird we have had new fittings starters etc, wondered if anyone...
