    Hi thanks for the information i have changed the over heat stat. i will check the pump is working but all the rads still warm up so wouldnt that indicate the pump is sending the water round the system. Very new to boilers (ex squaddie)

    Hi i have a potterton lynx 2 and has the following problem. 1. when the hot water is ran for a couple of minutes it shuts the boiler down. 2. after 3-4min approx the CH also shuts the boiler down. everything i have rad seems to point to a PCB does this sound right

    Yes im registered hence saying i shut the boiler off and told the tennant that it was an unsafe appliance and wouldnt be happy leaving it turned on in its current state.
