Can a lavatory have a wall mounted switch as opposed to a pullcord type? The room contains a toilet, wash hand basin and electric water heater (hand washing). All pipes are copper. thanks in advance

cheers breezer... dont think that anyone can tap in. The stairwell is sealed and dedicated to this top floor. Was ruling out SWA for aesthetic reasons. Can you envisage any problems with the other suggested method?
