You're right, I should have also said that mine was still under guarantee and i will return it for repair, then i have a spare one.

This happened to me. One element had gone to deck. Cure - new shower. At just over £100 for a new one it's not worth a call-out.

the wall is actually on about 7' x 1' so i might take it down and stud it, and put noggins in for the switch

Thanks Ayen. Does the same apply for an existing box that has worked loose? If i can't get it sorted would i be ok to reinstall the lead pipe and fit a new gas mantle? :wink:

I have one of those dimmers in a bedroom that doesn't have a pot, you just touch it to operate it. Strange thing is that when i switch off the lights in the bathroom (which has 6 LV lamps) the bedroom light sometimes switches on. Any clues?

i had a similar problem with door knobs from b&q. They are just not made very well - on mine i had to dismantle the whole lot and perform various minor filings and addition of grease to get them to turn both ways and not jam up.

the TT looks great if you can remove the chunks of hair and bone off the roof after tw@tting your head on it a million times.

with bluetooth you have to "pair" the 2 devices. You should have a program for the bluetooth to do file transfers and stuff, so look for that and look for the pairing function.
