Hello The white plastic bit attached to the back of the door in the picture needs replacement as it broke. It uses as sort of a plastic latch to close the door. Not sure what to look for online, any help would be appreciated

Not sure why those would be of any importance if those items are sold separately. The only thing stamped on the latch is EUROSPEO and it a standard door latch. I can take a picture tomorrow when there's day light.

Possibly. It is a wooden door so has been impacted by weather over the years. If I jiggle the door it opens better so might suggest a problem with the door rather than the lock although a bit clueless about how to fix it. I'll try tightening the hinges suggested here...

Thank you johnD Yes it is working with a door phone however when we allow in using the door buzzer the door doesn't open but I can open it using the spindle from inside. I've already replaced the other part it locks on and the door buzzer releases it properly so I figured it must be this part...

Point taken, it is just a plate latch installed on a door which happens to be serving the entry to a garden hence quite simplistically phrased it as such, one of the reasons for opening this thread to begin with is because I didn't know how its called but now that I know I can search for it.
