You only have to remove the one with 4 wires connected as this provides the smartcom power ….worth a go …

Is it the only device on that zone ….does the alarm set ok ? …if so don’t worry about it …

Had the same issue a few years ago …only thing I could find was….not sure if the 12v one is still available, the 240 one will need mains power but it does have a relay to connect to the alarm

Faraday cage …I’ve had summer houses with foil back plasterboard and the detector would only work if across from the patio windows …

Is kitchen extension new or newer than the main house ? Did they use foil backed plasterboard ?

Kitchen is showing 2 in that screen shot ….how far is kitchen from alarm panel ? Move kitchen pir near control panel see if the issue stops …if so it’s a wireless signal issue

Go for a new / old stock if you can as the keypad buttons are a common issue I normally take them out and clean with meths on a cotton bud
