Hi,

I have a Pyronix V10 enforcer alarm since 2021,, no issue. 3 months back got random alerts at 2am saying Kitchen wirels Pol failed. Happened say once every 4 weeks or so, so less frequent.

There is a PIR in Kitchen which had this issue

So installer came to change battery and swapped Lounge PIR to Kitchen PIR and vice versa. He also tried to add a dual shock and contact sensor. He was unable to get that working as showed open on door contact, so didn't install.

After his service I get regular alerts, few times. Day. Installer said issue with SIM, so contacted keysim who said no issue with SIM and changed from EE to Vodafone. I am now able to login faster on app but now get 3 alerts

Kitchen Wirls Supervn F1
Control Panel ARC Call Failed
Kitchen wirels Pol failed

When I login to app, I get
Control Panel ARC Call Failed

I did walk test and all devices barring siren ok.

So Installer asked me to do the following
1. Did a signal test, takes 5 mins. Score for 3 for all 7 devices
2. Restart panel after removing power and battery

Still no change

Really suffering from false alarm happens at weird time. Installer not local so unsure how to go about.

See screenshots

Any solutions ?

Thank you

Kitchen is showing 2 in that screen shot ….how far is kitchen from alarm panel ? Move kitchen pir near control panel see if the issue stops …if so it’s a wireless signal issue

If the same PIR that has been moved from the kitchen to the lounge is causing the fault, and the battery os good then you will likely need to replace it.
If the pir that was moved from the lounge to the kicthen is causing it then you will need to look at relocating it away from possible causes of interference or closer to the receiver.

Check your ARC settings in communication menu, disable them if not using an ARC. If you are using an ARC then check the settings are correct and sign up to arc using the relevent ARC code
