    Removing paint from osb.

I’d buy some more OSB and cut it to fit inside. You will be ages sanding and a belt sander is likely to dig into the OSB. You could try paint stripper. Personally, I’d paint the inside white

Internal lining and insulation to timber outbuilding

Yes. That is what I will do, didn't want to waste money on the expensive primer apparently necessary when painting osb to stop it being yellowed by the glue

    Best exterior wood

Yep I reckon that's what killed our osb. Although painted with fence paint so assumed it would be ok and I see they say seal the edges but I'm not sure what with. So not much difference then between marine and osb

    Stud wall in garage?

Personally I like OSB and think it looks good, but you may also want to consider ply, if the roughness of OSB and potential to get splinters is an issue for you. A bit pricier tho. But then again if you’re painting it, you’d probably end up “sealing” the OSB anyway.

Is flexypol the best stuff to waterproof osb?

No, can you replace the OSB with a sheet of polycarbonate - even the tri wall used for conservatory roofs? You can treat the OSB with any sort of paint you like - it'll last a while. John :)

    Insulation for a shed?

I wouldn't put plasterboard in a shed personally. I would go for ply or OSB and paint it

    painting chipboard

OSB is not chipboard, you can paint it. It is often used for outdoor hoardings round building sites.

    Help with a stud wall...

Consider ply/osb, you can just paint it and it’s solid to fix stuff to sawn 3x2 / 4x2 for the framing

    OSB treatment

Treat it with what? Preservative? No point, OSB isn't suitable for use where it is wet enough to need preservative. Paint? Yes.

Is flexypol the best stuff to waterproof osb?

What kind of plastic? Is there anything which will waterproof the osb? Oil based paint etc if not this stuff

Making a garage more useful - not converting

You could have a look at stokbord. Its recycled plastic. I quite like the mottled finish but it is quite dark. It'll take screws. Cuts easily. More expensive than OSB. Mine is lined with old building site hoardings. Its OSB but came ready painted

Plywood shed partially built has some mould, help please

Painting it with anti-freeze will kill the mould. The way to stop mould is to ventilate. I built a shed with OSB, put a roof on it (OSB sheets with corrugated sheets over, the ends haven't been finished yet so I've just got netting there. Been like it three years, and no mould.

    DIY Shed

Do you want the look of OSB, more likely painted OSB as its not weather resistant? And if so expect a life of a few years. Sheds need an external cladding - timber, plastic, felt, shingle etc. So it's more a thing of what you'd like to look at and can afford.

    Hinges on thin MDF

MDF is the worst possible material to use outside.....it will deteriorate in no time. Consider using OSB and painting it well, and use at least 18mm stuff. John :)

    BITUMEN PAINT

Do you mean paint the OSB, and no felt? Yes, it will work, but it won't last long term How big are you planning on building the log store?

    Building a shed from scratch

Probably being thick here - apologies. The osb/sterling boards for the roofing? - osb/sterling boards seem quite a bit cheaper so could they also be the flooring. Assuming I get some laminate/lino/tiling on top. - doesn't osb/sterling boards warp, expand? - if I could use osb/sterling...

    Internal wood waterproofing

You won't get it much cheaper than this. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Agricultural-Barn-Paint-Oxide-Gloss-20L-TRADE-/260718306832?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Paint_Varnish_MJ&var=&hash=item8263cc6e7a Internal OSB its unlikely to get that wet so why not just buy cheap DIY store 'own brand' gloss? The boards...

missing out studs in narrow wall

50x50mm with osb/plywood one side or both sides would be strong and save space, you could just use wood filler and paint the plywood on the inside.
