If putting a heating system in the system only has 23btus on it. But after picking up 3 rads. I have 3 more rads to pick up. That require 12000 btus of heat between them. Lounge a bedroom and the hall. I knew it says 15mm pipe will do 15,000 btus. But I am tempted to keep the run in 22mm till...

Thanks have never put iso valves on bath taps because it remover bath screen to get to them is just as easy to turn main off.

The new builds I work on have no layout designs/ specs.do they usualy spec things like this? Just not too keen on compression fitttings under the bath panel

Thanks just wondering if I've ever seen valves used on showers on new builds due to the way they are usually piped up under pipes running vertically down the wall then piecing in to the hot and cold pipework under the floor.

Thoughts on compression iso valves behind a bath panel though?

What do you mean "if the supplies are mains pressure then it's not so bad not to have them as there is no tank to drain or isolate"? It would be mains pressure. Only way I could possible get iso on is to eblow out off the wall the shower pipes run down and piece the pipes in under the bath...
