Hey a pushfit watse fitting has started leaking after being knocked even though the fitting is all the way on why would this be?

**** on the seal face and or seal dried out take it apart clean it up and apply a little grease
That or a new.fitting?
Yes a new fitting may be in order just dont use electrical tape round it like so many i seem to see!

Electrically tape to seal the leak?
Large heat shrink sleeving works, ( found by the owner in a house near here, plumber now lives in Australia )
It keeps electric in OK !
