thats why i was asking because even though i am confident in electrics ive only ever added a socket or rewired a kitchen not installed a whole new ring, do i really need to apply to building regs for just 2 outdoor sockets? i was not sure on the new regs as they have changed them a few times...

so ive looked around here and there's loads on electrics but not what i'm trying to do, and the regs seem to of changed again so i am not sure if i can self cert or need someone to come in and cert,or if i need a cert at all, i am confident with electrics as ive enjoyed doing bits with it...

these bases look to be around 3k anyone know how much it would cost to do a wall and base for an area of 3000mm x 5500mm thanks

its got a baa approval so surely that would mean it would last longer than one summer? and its been around for over 5 years now and can not seem to find any bad reviews, plus surely a system like this would go out of business in this time if it did not work

hi any one done one of these diy conservatory's with the durabase or similar? thinking of going down this road for our conservatory as it a lot less in cost and i am not worried about a bit of graft, one of my main concerns though is how to do the flashing at the top of the roof where it joins...

hi everyone i would like some help, the previous owner of my house painted the walls and its all cracked like crazy paving, i would like to know any tricks out there that i can do to be able to repaint the walls without the crazy paving coming through on the new paint, i have thought about...

also as you can see the the filter light is on but I have just installed a new filter. and still no water .

hi thanks for all the replies. I tried the purge thing.for 3 mintues. hasnt worked. there is water getting to it as it has started to make ice and the ice dispencer works.

Also should I bury the posts with concrete or would it be ok to use theses metal thing to put posts in?
