    The shower and water heaters will be wired into separate fuses. No device to prevent both from working at the same time, they may well be used at the same time occasionally. 7 electric radiators x 2000w each = 14kw Have I over estimated the required power consumption?

    The escape route would be via a communal staircase, not through someone's flat. Route would be: The loft staircase then a door which leads to the communal staircase which then leads to the entrance/exit.
