What shall I replace with???

Is the
Vaillant ecoTEC plus 938 38kW
An option?

See Pictures of my existing.

All down to water supply, keep the unvented cylinder and get the correct output boiler is the best option

as others have said dont change to a combi, keep the unvented cylinder and a properly sized boiler, highly unlikely you will need 38KW

Thanks everyone, will stick with the cylinder.

How does this quote look to everyone???

From the pic the cylinder looks very nice! Any particular reason you've set your heart on a combi? Not always the best option, as discussed on this forum a number of times.

You've mixed me up with someone else, I haven't got my heart set on a Combi.

What do you think I should have???

Unless I'm much mistaken, the Vaillant ecoTEC plus 938 38kW is a combi. Also the 38kW. 18 rads sounds like a biggish house (depending how big the rads are) but highly unlikely to need 38kW. Combis have high power due the instantaneous hot water demand.
Other posters have suggested different approaches.

I've decided on a boiler and cylinder.

Do you have any advice on this?

3 bathrooms 18 rads.
