After further reading of the instruction the fan has a rating of IP24 and the height of the ceiling is 2.45m, does this make a difference? If not can a relocate over the sink? Cannot get the zone links to work. Cheers!

Just in the process of refitting the bathroom, and also adding a separate shower and an extractor fan. Is the fan better over the shower or over the bath? I should also mention the wall where i am installing the shower has a grill at the top of the wall leading to a airbrick outside...
