Advice please on possible faulty upvc window

The bay window design means the glass gets colder more easily, as warm air from your radiator won't go into the bay. If you are drying clothes nearby, then you are increasing humidity which exacerbates this problem. Do you have any ventilation like a trickle vent or something? Do you crack...

Underfloor heating 1/4 turn valves not budging

I don't know what that screw does, but I would say leave it. Get a big adjustable spanner onto the end of the valve, and then try light tapping on the end of the spanner handle with a hammer. Don't apply force by hand otherwise you could break something. Another thought is that heating...

    Leak

I'm guessing - a photo of the roof panels above where the leak is occurring would help. What I'm saying is there could be a leak where the clear panel is meeting the frame, particularly at the lower edge of the panel. The sealing might have degraded. I would also try searching this forum...

    Leak

Just guessing here but I would expect the clear panel above is not watertight around it's edges. Have a look from above at the integrity of the seal where the clear panel meets the white frame. In heavy rain I would expect water to pool at bit at the bottom of the clear plastic where it meets...

    Damp issues

That line of cement does look unusual. Would be good to see a pic of the damp inside.

Mould and staining on ceilings in bedrooms

A lintel may be cold if the house is not well insulated or the room is not well heated. A trickle vent open would help, but in the Winter I find the cold air coming in from it is noticeable.

Mould and staining on ceilings in bedrooms

The stains on the ceiling are highly likely to be water ingress and not from condensation. It is likely to be either a leaking roof, or leaking water pipes. The top of the window could be caused by condensation. If there is a cold lintel there, this could mean water regularly condenses...

    What's the suckiest vacuum cleaner?

The Shark uprights are marketed as for pet hair, and seem to get good reviews: https://sharkclean.co.uk/shark-catalog/shark-upright-vacuum-cleaners/

    Pipe identification

I don't think you need to know the brand of pipe, just its diameter. A plastic pipe is a plastic pipe.

Help needed setting up CCTV cameras

Muckington, I have only taken a cursory look at this, but: A PAL composite output is an analog video signal format that combines color and brightness information into a single channel, using the PAL standard for encoding. If you are outputting PAL composite video from the camera, then you...

    Discarded vapes / e cigarettes

That may be the case, but you'd be healthier and richer if you didn't. Plastic vapes are a real eyesore and the government should never have fallen for the "they help stop smoking" rubbish. People need to give up, not vape.

    Advice on repairing damaged wall

Use some Polyfilla products to fill the holes and smooth the wall, such as: https://www.polycell.co.uk/en/products/polycell-advanced-polyfilla?size=200ML https://www.polycell.co.uk/en/products/polycell-polyfilla-smoothover-for-damaged-and-textured-walls?size=2.5L

    Discarded vapes / e cigarettes

It's a disgrace and the local vape shops should be made to clear them up. Or better still, ban the vape shops.

Filling skirting board hole around pipe

It seems like quite a big hole. I would be inclined to cut some wood pieces to cover the hole, superglue them so that they are slightly set back from the surface, and then fill over that (heat resistant I guess). Otherwise you will be using a lot of filler.
