Hi am having problems with fumes from my oil aga, I believe that there is no flue pipe to the cowl( fitted several years ago!)and there is no acess point on the cast iron pipe from the Aga, it has been run into an old chimney and sealed with a steel plate so there is no access from the bottom...

I'm replacing my kitchen floor tiles which are ceramic with slate , have taken up most of the old tiles but the adhesive is very difficult to remove - do I have to remove it or can I just put new adhesive on top for the new tiles or do I have too put a leveling compound down? thanks
