    Crumbling internal concrete sill??

Probably just sand and cement at that thickness. Just use the same again to level it off. Insulated tile backerboard (jackoboard/marmox etc) is available in 6mm, 10mm, 20mm and can be used to build up the height. Are you insulating the wall? The above products can also be used on the wall itself.

Supplier want's to deliver saturated shed, should that be acceptable ?

Sheds, fence panels, sleepers etc. often arrive damp from the preservative. Painting or treating them immediately often results in disappointment. I'll only paint a new fence panel if it's dry on delivery, and we've had a few weeks of dry weather prior to that. Delivering a bone dry shed would...

Cutting a channel in concrete floor against exterior wall

I wouldn't bother hiring a tool for such a small cut. He mentioned circular saw but assume he meant angle grinder?

The bit between worktop and wall - in a kitchen

Going slower with a jiggy reduces wandering. The problem is that with better and more powerful tools, it actually encourages you to go faster! Yes, always turn off pendulum if you want accuracy.

    Fitted wardrobes?

Screw a leveled off 4x2 frame to the floor, and stick your IKEA/kitchen carcasses onto that. If you've got a small gap at either end due to the off-the-shelf boxes not quite filling the full space, don't forget to fix a batten to the side of the carcass, gives you something to screw/glue a...

Cutting a channel in concrete floor against exterior wall

Screw a batten to the floor as a guide, no use marking a line, the dust will obscure it. Drill and manually smash out the corners.

    TRV at top of radiator?

It's still a thing on the continent. A friend showed me a picture of a newly fitted rad in a house in Germany. Trv at the top, I was initiated confused! Not unknown for a foreign tradesman to bring in materials from their own country and install using 'their way of doing it'

Bay window - slight leak issue

I thought same, but if it's only just started letting water in then why hasn't it happened before? Unless this is a recent installation? Looks like a couple of weep holes a couple of courses down from the cill above. Would've expected to see them lower down really. Anyway, he's got some...

    Standing desk table top

As above, Ebay/FB marketplace offcuts or second hand kitchen worktop. Nothing wrong with chipboard for a desk, maybe you could use the existing damaged one and glue/screw a sheet of 6mm MDF or ply underneath to strengthen it.

From the latest 'revelations' I see no evidence of any wrongdoing. I don't see any point in releasing them really, if they don't relate to any criminal trial then they aren't really in the public interest, it's all just gossip fodder for the media.

Bay window - slight leak issue

Can't tell a lot from a photo, have you been able to get a close up look? Likely to be a problem with the flashing, possibly a split or with pointing, it almost looks like some of it is a different colour, as if someone has had a go at fixing it in the past. Or when (if) flashing was replaced.

Heavy door hung on concealed hinges

One opens further than the other, and is more expensive. You can use a non permanent thread locker to keep a dome nut in place. Or you can drill out the butchered hole, and glue in a piece of hardwood dowel, then screw normally into that, but I wouldn't try that without an extra side...
