How to accurately mark behind wet wall panel

I have the Magnasson Green one from Screwfix, pretty sure I bought it on special offer for about £30 if you don't need one straight away and are prepared to wait.

Do you want to just hide the pipe in a pipe cover as per the above link or box the whole thing in?

    Loft trussed roof ideas

Yea I'd be on my death bed thinking I'm sure glad I fitted some laminate in a loft and a silly roof-light rather than that fancy weekend away.

    Loft trussed roof ideas

It's all super 'n' all but I suspect everyone reading this is just thinking what on earth is the bloody point. I'd have sooner spent the cash on a holiday.

    Brick Vents

It's saying that the Building Regulations for achieving a level access to a property and the regulations demanding weep holes are not compatible with one another ie you cannot always achieve both and in such cases level access is deemed more important than the weep holes and the developers...

Home hydrotherapy for dog - what wood to use ?

If the idea is to leave the water in there, won't it be freezing cold most of the time? I thought dog hydrotherapy tanks were supposed to be pretty warm?

Home hydrotherapy for dog - what wood to use ?

As mentioned commercial aquarium tanks are commonly built with 25mm ply but given your water depth is only 200mm you could probably get away with less, I don't understand the weird obsession people have OSB.

    Gate mounting

Does the OP mean they want to fit the posts to the front? That would be odd but it might explain the postcrete comment.

Home hydrotherapy for dog - what wood to use ?

I think I'd be inclined to build it in 25mm plywood and line it with GRP, it would obviously need a bit more engineering than simply just four sides screwed together but this is how large (commercial) aquarium tanks are built.

    Gate mounting

What's the point in using aluminium gate posts if you fit a timber gate? You might need an SDS, it depends how hard the wall is. You shouldn't need any postcrete, you'll need to fit your posts say 75mm back from the face of the wall to ensure you get a good fixing. I would use simple plugs and...

Need some advice on my roof

Forticrete Centurion Low Pitch Concrete, Crest G10, Crest H10, La Escandella Planum Interlocking Low Pitch Clay all go down to 10°, no doubt there are others. There are other non clay/concrete tiles that will go down lower.

Beam and Block with timber frame Detail

Why do you have a BCO coming round, surely the whole point of keeping it under the limits is to avoid BC approval?

Beam and Block with timber frame Detail

Your drawings are crap, assuming the external wall thickness is around 225mm given your external dimensions of 7.5 x 4.5m and the 4.5m door that gives you an internal area of about 28.85m2.

What a peculiar looking tile, maybe try Yandex image search too, still very hit and miss. Maybe take some better photos.

moving a manhole where my extension will go

A better sketch might be helpful but stevie has pretty much nailed it subject to falls/levels and the gap between the house and boundary being enough.
