Problem with the cheap non branded units like that is ….once it’s not supported on the app or updated anymore it’s useless …

There are some issues with the door bell / dvr/ nvr set up … We have a 7316 HUHI dvr at work it causes the machine to keep re booting I have a 7308 HTHI dvr at home the door bell keeps this machine to start rebooting ,I also have an NVR ( hikvision ) down in the workshop sat on the network...

There’s a battery in the bellbox …. I would be looking at the tamper switch and bellbox pcb …

I doubt if it’s the back up battery …unless it’s leaked and corroded the pcb …off top of my head it’s away from pcb on that bellbox
