    I thought it was a positive pressure against the casing. But agree in that you get a 2nd opinion, easy fix if it’s the door seal and or grommets.

    Can’t you cut the grey pipe a turn it 90o clockwise. You should get a pipe through the gap then.

    Thanks for the reply guys. Yes the signal improves with the door open. Relocation isn’t an option. The house has just been renovated and Mrs Bravebat won’t allow it.

    A lockshild valve is used to balance the heating system. If you have a thurmo without the head, it would be like having a fully open lockshild. So it depends on how sensitive your system is. If you only have a 7 or so rads I would not worry. But if other rads start to struggle you better swap it...

    Hi all, Any recommendations for my elderly mum. She would like to be able to see who is at the front door without approaching it. Ideally a camera fitted to the door with two way communication and a viewing screen (15m away from door) hard wired as there is no wifi. thanks, bb1
