Hey brilliant idea foxhole, to bolt one door from inside and lock only one. With regards to Osb base, I've raised it above the ground by 1cm so hopefully no contact with water.

While the thread is active might as well ask for your opinion on gas strut hinges for the lifting roof. It's going to be 11mm Osb of 2m length by 2m wide at a 10 degree angle for drainage. True. Regardless its easier to screw into thicker material. Will feel better to double the 11mm Osb and turn them into 22mm each gate. The link is still jumbled up but managed to find the item on screwfix with the code in the link. Thanks for all the good tips.
