    Kitchen tap - plastic pipe to hose tails?

    Hello, my kitchen mixer tap needs replacing. The feed comes in via plastic push-fit into copper pipe to the tap (see pic). I have a new mixer tap with flexible hoses and union fittings (see second pic). What are the best ways to connect these? Thanks for reading.
