Water is definitely coming into the radiator ok, we drained the radiator and then turned it on, it warmed up but then the radiator got cold. So this means the water is not leaving the radiator? Any idea how to sort this out would be great.

Hi, This started a few days ago. We can lock the doors from outside the house but not from the inside, the key is not turning round in the lock as it usually does. Any idea what may have caused this? and can we fix it ourselves? Many thanks for any help!

Hi, We just noticed when we open our new aluminium windows the coating in the gap where the screws have gone into the frames is peeling off very easily. I am concerned about the metal becoming rusty underneath, is it usual for this coating to come off so easily? [/img]
