    Plastering around oak lintel (fireplace)

    its a recent install so I suppose a good bit of movement should be expected? I will try what you suggest and fill a gap with flexible sealant cheers

    I have recently moved into a house which has had a garden room extension added, I have just recently noticed that the roof tile edging is breaking down and falling into the gutter can anyone advise if this has been build wrong and how I can put it right??

    Hi After removing a strangely located light socket I now have a gaping hole in the door architrave (see pics below) any suggestions on how I can repair this? Can I fill it in somehow or will I have to repplace the whole sections of architrave?
