Hi, I have a 2006 Renault Clio. The wiper blades have got a fault and I have been told by the garage that the motor is OK and the problem seems to be the computer and will cost £400 to repair. Is it possible to put a seperate switch and connect to the motor? Any ideas will be grateful. Thanks Dave

Hi Burnerman, Thank you for your advice. I took out the air filter which was full of soot and put some Red X down the intake which seemed to clear some muck and then refuelled with high octane diesel. This seems to have worked. I will take it to my local garage and have the fuel filter changed...

I have also given it some stick when driving and it goes like a good un until I go uphill.

The Cam belt has been changed, but I started to lose power prior to the replacement. I had a new clutch fitted last year.
