    I intend building a fireplace out of stone in my kitchen. Will the concrete slab be strong to support it. The supporting wall be 245 mm wide and 500 mm front to back and 2000mm high. The two piers support a pair of 1200 mm by 245 mm lintels with a keystone in the middle.
