With the dial fully around to the hot position the shower is only luke warm. there is loads of pressure and the flow rate is very good, i have also removed the handset and ran the shower which made no difference. does this mean its the heater can that needs replacing or could it be something...

I have a manual mixer shower, fed from cold mains and hot from cylinder. i have little flow from the hot and want to increase it. Can i install a pump to the hot water only? or do i have to pump both hot and cold? Cheers Od

It has a cistermiser which is working fine, it will fill the cistern with about 6l of water (a guess) at this point the auto siphon starts and continues until the cistern is empty.
