Sorted (Fingers crossed), After further investigation.... with my flat hand on all available joints and connectors.... i found these 2 screw threads top and bottom of my pump which had these ''slits'' on them.... all wet ! Have drained the system and my plumber is about to replace them.

Very helpful, i will check them very well, i am not keen on ripping my new chipboard floor up to check the solder joints and as yet have not found anybody who has had problems with them. I will investigate and again thanks for the advice.
