    in my personal experiences and chats with manufacturers you mix and match all you want with inhibitors! - the drain cock rad valve is a good idea.. you can do this yourself very easily! save your money

    take off the trv head and push the pin up/down repeatedly - open and close the opposite valve too - if the problem persists then it could be that either the flow or return pipe coming from the rad are blocked in some way

    Hi Mate... each apartment SHOULD have its own means of isolation.. in my experience they tend to be in the cylinder cupboard at either low level or high level coming from wall/ceiling.... your looking for a brass tap (ignore the red handled valves) if this fails then try following the shower...
