    Sound/acoustic insulation between floors in new build

    hi, i would say that if possible, try to use celotex or kingspan. this will not only save you on your heating costs, but gives a good sound barrier. (bit expensive though)

    hi, if it keeps getting hit, and you want to do something with the walls. why not clad them, that way you wont need to take the paper off. but if you want to tile, you must take the paper off, other wise you wont get a good key on the surface.
