    might be too late for that now spoken to planners, but saying it's study is the easy way round. The planners argument is weak though. You do not provide 5 parking spaces for a 5 bed house. What happens if you have a visitor for an hour, where do they park? do you have a garage and drive?

    is that really true woody? I can't imagine you could pour founds and leave for 10 years. I suppose you get into realms of enforcement notices then. There must be some sort of government caviat for this surely?

    I should of said en-suite. he piled all the cut tiles against bedroom wall. i cleared the bedroom out, but decorated so when he finished the carpet fitters could follow behind and we can move back into the bedroom.

    I'm installing a ceiling mounted down light in my ensuite, however i have an abundance of cables to deal with and sure what to do with them... Basically 2 lights in en-suite both to be recessed down lights. first light only has 1 cable - live and neutral already in its own junction box...
