hi people i need some advice, i ve been given a price for my tiling in my bathroom i ve got all the tiles etc all he has to do is do the work the room is 20m2 for the walls and the floor is 6m2 and i ve been told £400 to do it. is this a good price?

i ve got a doggy old hedge round my garden on the edge of a main road and i was wondering how much of it can i take out with out planning permission and replace it with a lap board fence? and how high can i go with the fence? cheers mr ed

ok cheers that gives me a rough idea, the place is a empty carcuss at the mo and i will be having the walls and ceilings re-plastered after its all done and i was going to do all the chasing out myself to keep the cost down and my friend works for screw fix so can get all the all the sockets etc...

i think i will end up doing a re-wire as i am looking to change a fair bit so it might be easyer, does anyone know how much i will be looking at to do the full re-wire roughly, so i can get an idea on how much it will cost? cheers mr ed
