You can buy an angle finder, basically like a bevel but with a metal bar on the joint, you place the tool against whatever you want to find the angle of, and then cut the angle at what the metal piece dictates, easy

You also want to check the concrete floor with a straight edge for being flat and if that is not the case it should be levelled off .

djsp, if you have gone to the effort of sanding your floor boards and you want to slap paint on, not for me, what I would do is use one of the coloured wood stains that are available and then use a clear matt finish, thats is IMHO

Semorgan, why are you laying Engineered which is at the end of the day is a laminated in a Bathroom, at the max you have only four mil?.

If laying any type of wood flooring on concrete I always take a moisture check before I take on the job, it saves problems from the customer in the fucture.
