    Bathroom seal waterproof?

thanks for the reply. The 'builder' wants to silicone the tiny crack that has appeared in the cladding near the taps. I told him the shower water can sip through the crack. He said because of the old tiles, the cladding didn't fit properly. What you guys think.

Shower panel to replace old tiles?

Thanks for your reply. Tiles have become loose and we did a touch up few weeks with new silicone around the bath and some tiles, but that didn't stop the leak when people use the shower. The reason for the shower panel is easier to maintain and less chance of tiles coming loose again, the...

If we don't give consent to replace our fence with their wall, then how does the party wall impacts?, does it applies only to our kitchen wall which we share with them and can be damaged during works. Can they remove our fence to build their foundation, if they do, then they have to put it...

Rear Xtension - Objection and PWA?

I think the neighbor got in touch with him, to draw up the PWA. What I'm confused about is why the local authority did not ask for my opinion for their second application as the rear extension is 5M, so I should have been consulted and not get a PWA through the post, though the neighbor had...

    Bath Panel - Advice

Hi folks, Needs some advice as to what I can do with this bath panel; can I just replace the bottom wooden bar with a new one, as you can see it's bent. The main wooden panel seems to be intact. Reluctant to use plastic side panel, as people tell me they're filmsy and easily cracked. The...

Flexi Toilet pan connector - broken

Good God, I thought they might come from the gaps in the skirting board, where I had filled it with mash wires. But you're saying they come from Inside. Won't bother filling the holes near the pan with mash wires. If this Mcalpine 90 degrees gets chewed by bloody rats, then next time will fit...
