    The terminal block for the switch bank is 'hidden' behind a stainless flange on the main housing and I can't see any way of getting at it. It looks like there's a removable cowl around the bottom of the hood but there's no way to remove it as the rear flange seems to be spot welded to the rear...

    Anybody got any clue how to remove the switch bank on this please. Looks like it needs a complete strip down but surely that can't be right, I expected to be able to remove them with the extractor in situ?

    It is a diesel John yes, I will check the pipes tomorrow. So where is the servo on these things...is the master cyliner not mounted to them nowadays?

    That was a thought I had JonB but not sure where the servo is to check, last time I checked a servo the brake master cylinder was fixed to it but that doesn't seem to be the case on the van :oops:

    Resolved, turned out to be a dodgy DHW flow switch...shorted the wires and it worked OK. Got a replacement off another boiler and hey presto, got DHW :P

    Brand new Ferroli F30B boiler - no DHW

    Just had it fitted, CH works fine but the DHW doesn't. Turning on a hot tap doesn't cause the 'hot water' symbol to illuminate or the boiler to ignite. The installation manula trouble shooting guide doesn't refer to this problem. Ideas welcome.
