Just had it fitted, CH works fine but the DHW doesn't. Turning on a hot tap doesn't cause the 'hot water' symbol to illuminate or the boiler to ignite. The installation manula trouble shooting guide doesn't refer to this problem. Ideas welcome.

some dypshyt has piped up the hot and cold backwards.
That would mean it is installed illegally.
